Abduction – movie review
Published: NovaFM.com.au
Abduction was Taylor Lautner's big film to show the world he was more than just a teen hero, a werewolf, a saga. The movie fell so far short that the cinema was actually laughing at him (I'm not joking).
I just want to preface this by saying I was pretty keen to catch Abduction. ‘It's an action, it's a thriller, Taylor Lautner has something to prove’, I had it all worked out. There was going to be some suspense, Hollywood effects, a twist at the end, he was going to nail the role... it wasgoing to be a good night.
Lautner plays Nathan a high school kid who uncovers the truth about his life and parents after finding his baby photo on a missing person's website. As the story unfolds the more dangerous his life becomes and the more you'll begin to ask yourself 'where is this going?' With no one left he can trust, Nathan realises the only person he can rely on is himself.
